Shipping | Return Policy
We anticipate delays in shipping as important safety measure are being taken across all stages of fulfillment.
Please note all clothing items are made to order and are final sale. Once you place your order, your package will be fulfilled after 5 business days. After leaving our facility, products will be delivered in 5-7 business days for orders to the US and Canada. Currently, we only ship to the US and Canada.
Canada and US: Shipping is free for orders above $50 USD. Flat rate of $7 USD applied to all orders under $50 USD.
T-Shirt & Sweater orders:
Please note all t-shirts & sweaters are made to order and are final sale. Your package will be fulfilled after 5 business days. After leaving our facility, products will be delivered in 5-7 business days for orders to the US and Canada.
For all other items:
Canada and US: Your package will be shipped within 24-48 hours (Monday-Thursday), or the next business day (Friday-Sunday). After arriving at the shipment facility, products are typically delivered within 4-7 business days (Monday-Friday).
Order are shipped through the following postal providers:
- Canada: Canada Post
- US: USPS
Please note that orders being shipped to the US may be held at your local postal facility pending payment of taxes or additional fees. Aspeth is not responsible for these charges. Please reach out to USPS for more information.
If you have not received a tracking number, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and we will get an update to you as soon as possible.
At this time, we are only able to ship within Canada and the US. However, we are hoping to expand our shipping services in the near future. Due to shipping policy changes, we've halted UK shipping for the time being.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept the return of unopened products within 14 days of receipt. Products to be returned must be in their original condition and packaging. Currently, we do not offer exchange options.
If an item is damaged, or you have any concerns with your product(s), please email us a photo and a description of the concern within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to assist you as soon as possible.
To make a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt.
To cancel an order, please email us at email@example.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order.
Once you have shipped your return back to us, it may take up to 2-3 weeks to receive your refund, as we need to confirm the receipt of product before processing any reimbursements.
Once your refund has been processed you can expect a confirmation email detailing the transaction in the next 1-2 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please let us know and we will assist you as soon as we can.
Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). You should see a transaction for the return posted on your card within 3 business days of the refund being processed.
