Aspeth respects an individual's privacy and will only collect, use, store or disclose your personally identifiable information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We recognize every individual's right to privacy and acknowledge our obligation to preserve the confidentiality of personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to Aspeth and our collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal information through our Site and mobile applications. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

CONSENT

When you provide us with your Personal Information, you understand and agree to our collection, use, storage, disclosure and retention of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy or as otherwise permitted by law. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We may use the information we collect about you in a variety of ways, including to use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site or third party sites such as Shopify (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

  • We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.

  • We may share your information with service providers that provide us with support services, such as credit card processing, website hosting, email delivery, location mapping, postal mail processing and delivery, and analytics services. We require the companies to refrain from using and disclosing your information except when they are performing work for us or when the disclosure of your information is required by law.
  • We may share your information with service providers to provide you with customized promotions and special offers. This can include sharing your information with social media platforms in order to develop customized advertising that offers you unique products and services. We also may share anonymous, aggregated statistics about your use of our websites and services with other companies.
  • We may share information about you with other companies if you give us permission or direct us to share the information.
  • We may share your information in a way that does not directly identify you. For example, we may combine information about you with information about other people and share the combined information in a way that does not link your information to you.
  • If you post information on one of our social media platforms or website, the information that you post may be seen by other visitors, including your post information and your user name.

MANAGING YOUR PREFERENCES AND BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING

By using the Site or submitting information to us in connection with using the services, you are providing your consent to the collection, use, storage, disclosure and retention of personal information as set out in this Privacy Policy. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice; however, without such consent, Aspeth may limit the services it is able to provide you.

You can opt out of receiving promotional emails, text messages, telephone calls, and mailings by informing us of your preference at the time you sign up for an account, when contacting our customer service team, modifying your promotional preferences online in your account’s profile management section, adjusting your text and notification preferences in your mobile device's settings or by following the opt-out instructions in the promotional emails we send you.

Alternatively, you may let us know that you do not wish to receive some or all of these promotional communications by emailing or writing to us at the address provided in the "Contact Us" section below.

Please note that if you opt out of receiving promotional messages from us, we may still send you non-promotional communications, including emails about your accounts or purchases.

DO NOT TRACK

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

STORING AND PROCESSING YOUR INFORMATION

Your personal information is stored and processed on servers owned by Aspeth and other companies in Canada and the United States, and may in some cases be transferred to other countries. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
