Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Once you place your order, you can expect your package to be shipped within 48-72 hours. When your package has arrived at its designated postal facility, you will receive a tracking number. From there, orders to the U.S. and Canada will be delivered within 3-5 business days and orders to the U.K. will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we are only able to ship within Canada, the U.S. and the U.K. However, we are hoping to expand our shipping services in the near future!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Canada and to the U.S. is free!
Shipping to the U.K. costs $10 USD.

How will my order be shipped?

Order are shipped through the following postal providers:
Canada - Canada Post
U.S. - USPS
U.K. - Royal Mail

Where is my order?

Once you place your order, you can expect your package to be shipped within 48-72 hours. When your package has arrived at the designated postal facility, you will receive a tracking number. From there your order should be delivered within 7 business days. You can check on the shipping status of your package through Canada Post (Canada), USPS (U.S.) Royal Mail (U.K.) tracking.

If you have not received a tracking number, please email us at info@aspeth.com with your order number and we will get an update to you as soon as possible.

Prices and Payments

Why are your prices listed in USD?

Unfortunately, the platform we are using only allows us to list our prices under one currency - but we hope to resolve this issue in the near future.

Will I have to pay customs/taxes on my order?

Orders shipped within Canada will be charged the applicable taxes during purchase.
 
Orders shipped to the U.S. and U.K. may be subject to duties and taxes charged upon delivery. These fees may vary depending on your local customs policies. Aspeth Inc. is not responsible for the reimbursement of any applicable charges that may incur.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card payments.

I was charged more than once for my order - what do I do?

If you notice multiple charges for an order on your credit card, please contact us immediately at info@apseth.com and we will do our best to assist you as soon as possible!

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

At this time, we do not have any discount/promotional codes or offers available. However, please follow us @madebyaspeth and sign up for our email list to stay updated with all our special announcements!

Why did my bank charge an additional fee?

As we are a Canadian company, your bank may flag your purchase as a ‘foreign/international transaction’ and may charge a conversion fee. Additional fees applied by your bank are not under the control of Aspeth, and we recommend reaching out to your bank directly for more information on purchase policies and additional charges.

Updating Information

Can I update my order information?

If you need to update you customer information, please let us know as soon as possible! Customer information can be updated at any time during the order process, however any shipping information needs to updated within 24 hours of placing the order to ensure shipping accuracy.

Can I edit my shipping address/information?

If you have entered the wrong shipping information or would like to have the delivery address for your order changed, please provide us with your order number and the new information/address within 24 hours of placing the order. We will your update your information as soon as possible. Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping information may experience delays in delivery, or may be returned to sender.

Can I update my payment information?

Once an order has been placed, payment information cannot be altered or changed. If you need to change your payment information, please contact us at info@apseth.com. We will cancel your order and issue a refund as soon as possible. You will then be able to place a new order with the correct payment information.

 

Products and Stock

Will you be restocking sold out items?

The Rupi Kaur canvases are a limited edition collection and only a limited number of each print was created. Once a certain poem is sold out, we will not be reproducing that print again.

Are there other poems/items available?

The current collection has been hand selected by Rupi herself, and as the pieces are a limited edition, will be the only prints available at this time. However, announcements and news regarding products can be found on our website, social media or via email subscription!

Can you customize an order?

Unfortunately we are unable to customize orders at this time.

How do I care for my items?

To clean your canvas print use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth to gently wipe away dirt and dust. Never use any type of cleaning product, chemical solution, or bristle brush. These products may react with or remove the sealant coating on the canvas or disturb the ink.

How should I display my items?

When choosing the perfect spot for your canvas, we recommend avoiding locations subjected to prolonged direct sunlight, heat sources (such as radiators), humidity, or drafty windows. Prolonged exposure to these conditions may alter the material integrity or warp your canvas over time.

Is there a warranty on the items?

We do not offer a warranty on our items, however if you have a concern regarding the state or quality of your purchase, please reach out to us at info@aspeth.com. We will address any questions or concerns as soon as we can!

Why does my item look slightly different from the photos?

Each canvas in this collection is hand-crafted - making every single one unique. We are working hard with talented artists to perfect our processes in order to minimize any inconsistencies in the prints; however as we have chosen to stray away from digital printing, each canvas has a special character of its own.

Gifting

Can you gift wrap my order?

Each item comes packaged in a beautiful Aspeth box made to protect the integrity of your order. This box is perfect for gifting to others or yourself!

Are you able to include a gift receipt with my order?

As of the moment, we are unable to offer gift receipts. However no receipt will be included within the Aspeth box. An invoice is typically placed in the shipment box, but can be removed upon request. Please email info@aspeth.com if you have further questions regarding gift receipts!

Do you offer gift cards?

At this time, we do not offer gift cards - however we hope to do so in the future!

Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations

What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept the return of unopened products within 7 days of receipt. Products to be returned must be in its original condition and packaging. If an item is damaged, or you have any concerns with your product(s), please email us a photo and a description of the concern within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to assist you as soon as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders leave our facility within 48-72 hours after being placed, so if you need to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, we will be able to issue your refund immediately. After 24 hours, we will be unable to cancel your order.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes! Exchanges can be made on any unopened products within 7 days of receipt. Please contact info@aspeth.com if you would like to make an exchange.

My item was damaged/defective, what do I do?

If your item was damaged during shipping, or you have a concern with the quality of your item, please email us at info@aspeth.com with a description of the damage/concern along with a photo of the product. We will do our best to address your concern as soon as possible!

When will I receive my refund?

If you have shipped your return back to us, please be aware that it may take up to 2-3 weeks to receive your refund, as we need to confirm the receipt of product before processing any reimbursements.
  
Once your refund has been processed you can expect a confirmation email detailing the transaction in the next 1-2 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please let us know and we will assist you as soon as we can. 

How will my refund be issued?

You refund will be issued in the original form of payment (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). You should see a transaction for the return posted on your card within 3 business days of the refund being processed.

How much does return shipping cost?

The cost of the return shipping will depend on your location. Please inquire after costs at your local post office. 

Can I pick-up/drop-off my return/exchange?

As of the moment, we do not have a location open to the public, and are unable to provide in person pick up/drop offs for orders.

Do you have a brick-and-mortar store?

As of the moment, we do not have a brick-and-mortar store. 

I did not get an order confirmation - what do I do?

When placing your order, you are given the option to enter either your phone number or your email address as your mode of contact. If you entered your phone number, you will receive order updates and notifications via text message. If you entered your email, you will receive order information via email. In the event you entered your phone number or email incorrectly, or would like to update your contact information, please contact info@aspeth.com with the correct information and we will assist you as soon as possible!
