Prices and Payments

Why are your prices listed in USD?

Currently, our site is only able to list prices under one currency - but we hope to resolve this issue in the near future.

Will I have to pay customs/taxes on my order?

Orders shipped within Canada will be charged the applicable taxes during checkout.

Orders shipped to the US and UK may be subject to taxes and additional fees charged upon delivery. These costs may vary depending on your local customs policies. Aspeth is not responsible for the reimbursement of any taxes and/or additional fees that may be charged. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card payments. 

 

Updating Information

Can I update my order/customer information?

If you need to update your order/customer information, please let us know as soon as possible. Any shipping information needs to be updated within 12 hours of placing the order to ensure shipping accuracy. Please note that orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping information may experience delays in delivery, or may be returned to sender. 

Can I update my payment/billing information?

Once an order has been placed, payment information cannot be altered or changed. If you need to change your payment information, please contact us at info@apseth.com. We will cancel your order and issue a refund as soon as possible. You will then be able to place a new order with the correct payment/billing information. 

 

Products and Stock

Will you be restocking sold out items?

As the majority of our collections are of a limited quantity, at this time, we do not have plans to restock any sold out products. 

Are there other prints/items available?

Announcements and news regarding product updates and releases can be found on our website, social media (@madebyaspeth) or via email subscription.

Can you customize an order?

Unfortunately we are unable to customize orders at this time. 

Is there a warranty on the product(s)?

We do not offer a warranty on our items, however if you have a concern regarding the state or quality of your purchase, please reach out to us at info@aspeth.com. We will address any questions or concerns as soon as we can.

Why does my item look slightly different from the photos?

Each of our products have a hand crafted element — making every single item unique. We are working hard with talented artists to perfect our processes in order to minimize any inconsistencies in the prints; however as we have tried to stray away from commercial production methods, each product has a special character of its own.

Gifting

Unfortunately, we do not offer any gift receipt, wrapping or card options at this time. 

 

Other

Can do you have any brick-and-mortar locations?

We do not have a brick-and-mortar location. Aspeth is an e-commerce store, and our products are only available for purchase on our website.
